the text is quite incredible but not as much as u seem to
think.
firstly, we were no longer "black apes" 100,000 yrs ago.
Neanderthalers already existed then, although modern man replaced
Neanderthalers some 40,000 yrs ago.
the text is NOT claiming that chinese descended from africans. it
is also NOT saying that tai-chi and tkd are created by
africans.
what it is actually claiming is that africans (probably
Neanderthalers) migrated east 100,000 yrs ago, before the
mongoloids arrive. (today's chinese, jap, korean are mongoloids)
therefore much of the population in the xia-shang dynasties are
african ppl... then the mongoloids push these africans away to
south east asia/ philippines... the mongoloids learn much from the
africans', including fighting style which they later develop into
different martial arts like tai-chi, tkd....
up to here what the text claimed is dubious, but hard to prove or
disprove.
but in my opinion the really incredible part is when it says that
there are actually africans left over in china (the text calls
"afro-asians" ), after 100,000 yrs!! millions of them!! and they
are slain by Mao?? 
either i misread something or else this is the ridiculous part.
