if no reply then you need to escalate it up to his superior or
mass email.
and the richard guy. he never said what he was going to do to
remedy the situation to make it up to you or to see that some one
takes responsibility?
go and ask him for it. all he said was that appreciates your
interest and nothing else. not even an apology or retraction on his
earlier threatening email.
