m'sia using 1-dollar note cos it works like a 2-dollar note in
their country. like, the lrt, the fare is rm1.20, rm1.60 and
rm2.10. the machines will gladly accept just one 1-dollar note and
coins. same with drinks and stuff.
in singapore context, $1 can't really do you much so we have $2
notes instead. a sign of inflation, u noe.
