Whether or not animals have a soul, we truly don't know, and
cannot find proof.
However, us being humans and endowed with a much greater capacity
to think and produce logical reasoning with our brains, we SHOULD
exhibit COMPASSION and RESPECT of other lowly life forms.
And whether I believe in Reincarnation or not, I can't really say
that I do or that I do not, simply because there is no real proof
of such a cycle. However, I do think it is a possibility. The
scariest thought on this issue of Reincarnation, is the possibility
of a human soul to be return in an animal's existence!
As for what the other minority Christian faiths (not Catholic)
thinks, it's their perogative. It's a mindset they allow themselves
to be moulded in, while all other religions teaches and walks their
own talk in aspects of respecting other religions.
