how's the noise of your engine like? i find mine very decent leh,
unless the cooling fan kicks in, which is only if i idle too long,
then it is like aircraft sound
the engine oil, i understand the initial use must be mineral cos it
can give a better break in (someone pls correct if i understand
wrongly) due to its lower grade properties, also there's residues
from the metal to metal friction which needs to be drained off,
thaz why using mineral makes sense. however it will cause higher
fc.
my 10K servicing maybe i will bring in my own mobil 1 like what
some suggested here.
few days ago i sprayed my seats with the Polyglaze fabric
protector, although it claims it will not affect the feel and
colour of the fabric, i feel its not so smooth to the arse now,
initially a bit sticky in fact.
i wiped it with a wet cloth and let it dry further for a day and
now it feels better.
now just have to wait for my kids to spill coke and milk on the
seats then i observe if they "roll" or "bead" off like what the
container says.
