my place have a lot. Then very disturbing, cannot sleep, i scold
them. They have no good reasons to walk up the corridor and shout
and peep into people's flat. Its like a burgler looking for a flat
to breakin. Some even ring door bell just to get attentions,
disturb everyone, especially those from tara guni PRC.
By law, if that person or persons does not have a good reason to
hang around the corridor or even the void decks, then he is a
"suspicous" character and the residents have the right to ask him
go away or call police.
Most full time tara guni knows the above, and usually shout from
bottom of the flat till residents calls him.
My block has been burgler twice this year in the afternoons.
