browniebaobao SG Information on Traineeship scheme http://www.ite.edu.sg/admission/trn/apply.htm Full time Nitec means full time students.. but traineeship, u are considered employed and sponsored to learn the skills..and u will be paid a monthly salary. I'm not sure whether u have to sign a bond with the company tho.. check out with ite for more information.
ndmmxiaomayi SG Don’t think you can continue to poly after traineeship. Because to enter poly, you need at least NITEC or O Level.

browniebaobao SG Traineeship is also NITEC. But it all depends on ur results and whether the course allow u to progress further.
