1) Buy a teach-yourself-book (not on HTLM) but on Frontpage. You
learn concepts like you find here in sgforum, eg b for bold and /b
unbold etc.
2) Play with the Frontpage software using the book as guide. Better
still, attend Informatic or NTUC course on web design (to save
trouble).
3)Playing around and soon you get the hang of it. The basic of web
design will comes to you.
From my experience, html is not diff to learn but a breeze. The
diff part is designing. For me, one or two days can learn and
design for my company liao.
