sinicker SG well, i wanted a bike but my parents don't allow. since they wanna pay for my motorcar lessons, all the better. later on, i'll pay for my riding lessons and get my own bike. don't worry.
105090 SG lets clarify. anyone who is born 1987 or earlier can enrol at age 18 those born on 1988 or after can only enrol at 21 earliest. law changed. and of course those 1988 ppl cannot enrol this year rite?
