FireIce SG why cannot access some sites mus come here to announce...... if cannot access sgforums, do u go other fourms and say "i cannot access sgforums!!!"?
YI SG it's not really an announcment. it's more of a seeking concurrence as to whether the effect is district-wide, national, or international. i am using yahoo! real-time info and this delay could possibly cost me hundreds.
