body structure...thats hard enough for some genetic girls as it is...lol. i dont think that'll be a problem for fit transsexuals if they start young. but if your talking about hips, its okay too if they start young. if you start on female hormones you should be able to develop hips if your under 19.

as for the adam's apple, that can be hidden through surgery. hormones help too to cover it up. not every guy has an adam's apple anyway.
