nightzip SG then again the word "decent" is subjective, all boils down to terms and conditions, if they ever use decent, then legally speaking they are at the losing edge if case is brought up to civil court.
ah_suaiz SG a couple of my frenz actually took up the psa scholarship and almost all of them graduated with a masters within a time span of 3-4 years i think........ it's the responsibility of the student to study hard...cos he is using tax payer money to study.........so actually u guys must be happy cos he had wasted ur money....hehe.......... i believe the contract did states the term and conditions as well as the conseqences incurred.....so since that guy fails to meet the expectation, most probably due to his laziness........he deserved to be punished....but to pay back the whole sum is too strict oredi...where on earth he find the money?? loansharks???haha
Mariner SG sometimes the terms and conditions are also not stated clearly....for example...can someone explain to me this : If the person breaks the bond, he is liable to pay the company the amount that was given to him by the company plus an additional amount of interest not more than that of a bank's interest rates for study loans. can explain to me?
Mariner SG what i dunno about it is that the bank’s study loan interest rates is calculated in simple interest or compound interest. and also…do they include the so called ’ administration fees’ like that of the PSA guy?
