1. take one cup of water
2. Pour in to the affected ear
3. immediatelty turn the ear facing downwards
Finish, all inside water comeout

Yes, this method works for me.
Unless the chap has alot of earwax, in which case, pouring more water inside would make things worse, since the earwax traps water.
