don't make these 4 mistakes in singapore: grow old, have a family, be overqualified in your job and the most important thing: not to be born as a male thx to our national slavery and our female working environment!

most of my friends are around my age. they are also starting to worry.

already 25 months. i think it doesnt make any difference anymore.

Mr Fugue SG

you mean you friends didn't help you or what??

depressed SG

underqualified i am not too sure, but its more safer not to hire overqualified ppl becos if they do very well in their job, they might take over your position one day

find a job as a security guard

go for NSRS course, ger yourself the certificate

if that is still impossible you might go and find your local PAP MP for help

Mr Fugue SG

true, if you're too good, people around you will find you as a threat.

too lousy, people will also find you incompetent. so just strike a balance loh.

How much savings do u have right now?

I reckon it will cost u $500 at least per month on normal living expenses.

Mr Fugue SG

hanor, during that time when I was looking for a job, I sent about 10-15 resumes per day.

went for countless interviews until I concessed. when the company which decided to hire me called me up, I took some time to recall which is the one~!!

dragg SG

i called up the job agency. they told me "if we dont call you that means there are nothing suitable."

obviously because of my age they wont even try to match me. cant blame them though.

Mr Fugue SG

haiz, most people are materialistic.

true, most people cannot be trusted. i had many colleagues who are close like friends. after i resigned they dont call or visit anymore. but at least i learnt something from it - never trust your colleagues.

Mr Fugue SG

dragg SG

sorry, i am not interested.
