PM Lee doesn't have to bow to the German flag, but the least
that he should have done is stand at attention next to Chancellor
Merkel while she is bowing.
It's like foreign students in Singapore during school assembly....
they are not expected to sing the national anthem, but they are
still expected to stand at attention as a form of respect.
