Yes. We do not have control over life & death, but that is
so far that God can cap it at.
What about those children from Africa, you think they like it this
way? You can rebuke by saying that they commit heinous crime in the
past, but still if they are willing to change for the better and do
good in this life than why should they not be given a chance. Not
fair to acclaim that someone is kind of destined to suffer for this
lifetime right. It is just not fair.
