it all depends on luck. Sometime you can bid $2k for a number
and not successful, sometime you may bid $1.5k for a number and be
successful.
My advise is to ask the sales people who is selling you the car,
they will know better how much to bid for a certain number.
Of course if you have extra cash and really like that number, why
not?
