88 x 36 = 3168 + 42.00(registration) + free laptop + email account and blah blah.

Look at the difference on cost.

Not unless you need the laptop badly because you are always on the move. For home using only, I recommend PC instead.

If you really want a laptop, do note that you can get a far more better one by paying a bit more when you purchase outside.

Anyway, I recontracted with singnet for the PC. Mr. Green

Shocked I noted something... 2 years contract for a laptop. Since 2 years is the minimum contractual period for any internet service at the present moment, I think you should recontract. Unless you have something else to offer.
