i say singapore govt did a very good job on this issue
diplomacy-wise.
of course we must enforce the death sentence cos it is our
law.
but after so much "request" from australia, esp their govt and
their minister, we should allow this last hug for them. when we
allow them this last request, they cannot say we are totally
compassionless and we still get to enforce our law. if we reject
this last request, it will too "not giving face" to the australia
govt.
