first, get a group of 6 or above who are interested in starting
that cca with you. then approach at least 1 home that you want to
adopt, and ask them if u could include them in the proposal, should
it be approved.
then write the proposal, including names of interested participants
and the home(s) u are intending to adopt. include scheme and plans
if u can.
