Part change is when they offer random parts to u. since ur car
probably just passed the 120K point (basic tune), i recommend u do
not change anything, since it cost points to change parts (5K for
muffler, 15K for wheels etc.), but instead concentrate on
practising with ur existing car and parts, and letting the points
accumulate to tune up the car.
Only when u pass the 990K mark (Full-Tune) and u are more
experienced with the car, then u might want to start playing with
the parts to see which suits u best
