the Bear SG hey keisha been ages! life's pretty okay.. considering i'm now nocturnal because of work, and a few injuries have come and gone how have you been doing? more than good i hope!
keisha SG I have been really good! Not working full time for now, cause my old workplace closed already. But I am taking a well deserved break now, just doing part time for fun. What injury? What happen? You still working at the same place?

the Bear SG ahh.. okay it's great to hear that you're good breaks are good.. balm for the soul... what happened to me? 31 Dec 2004, i was at work.. i sneezed a little bit too hard.. and hurt my back.. slipped disc part 2 fixed when i went to the chiropractor.. still in his care... maintenance on my messed up spine and in June, according to chinese physician who fixed me up with needles and herbs.. body "too much heat"... caused a few joints to swell and pinched a nerve... in pain for about a week.. then fixed apart from that, still around, bumming around and yah.. saw cheeken and tare last week at the pub too

xinyi! SG been chillin out at home lor. very sian since nobody want to go out with me late nite.. i be lovin my hot choco and grooving to the beats.. yeah.. my parents they'll slepin so.. hahaa. i plan to go shopping later today prepare money already

the Bear SG good good... have a great day then i gotta go to the chiropractor at noon today... buy some lunch from Subway then off to work... yesterday was hectic at work.. but fun time passes a lot faster.. but it's tiring.. although it's fun, if i keep that up, i'll burn out December can't come fast enough... just go through half of it, and i'll be on leave until next year!
