AE86 has a better cornering & drifting ability than WRX Type-R(GC8V) but it has a worst start-up in the game with 12000rpm tachometer. Silver Red & Black

Impreza WRX SG It's an anime right? And a japanese one too. So the hero must always have the worst equipment but will always have the best master/teacher and therefore the best skill. Heh, Tak is the hero but his father is supposed to be the best in the story. So I guess the AE86 can be good because Bunta knew what he was doing for the car. Besides I think Bunta knows he's the best so he's got nothing to prove. So he just drives his Type R half heartedly. Kind of makes you think, how fast Tak can go if he gets a better car.
