Community centres don't teach qigong.

Can QiGong be used as a defensive art? Like use internal energy to repel attackers without touching them? Or is it just a keep fit art? Shocked

If your qigong is really very intensem you can use internal energy to repel attackers without even touching them.

This video shows an old master who has really very intense internal energy, and can repel an attacker charging towards him. Bear in mind though, it takes years to build up this kind of energy.

Qigong is not a keep fit art, but can improve your overall health due to better circulatory.
