FireIce SG shd have receipt even if is cash payment at least a carbon copy of the form u filled in or the order form tt they need to submit to process the order.... u can go back to sitex tml and look for tt person.......if u relli need some assurance........
ndmmxiaomayi SG And yes, it reminds me of something. Did the saleswoman give you a carbon copy of the form you filled in? If no, you are going to have a hard time proving to Dell that you bought their products and you probably need to fork out another $1600.
ThaliaX SG What a good deal. They should give you one printed receipt, and a carbon copy of the invoice (i think, the form where they write down your system spec). If they never give you anything.... but should be no problem, don't worry.

Then you never ask for receipt, also if pay money should have NETs receipt or IOU, then you dun have, even if go to court, you will lose. Then you also dun have Dell's contact no. or the gal's contact or the manager contact no. then you want to wait at home ah?
