how many laps can you swim w/o stopping

with or without stopping also 1 lap.

50 laps ba but reach end of pool must stop turn n go..i cant flip…that is consider stopping?

i use to be able to do 26 laps.

then after start taking mones cannot even walk up the stairs without getting tired.

not many.. 40-50 nia

thats skillful.

along the way how many times "excuse me" do you have to say?
