You go and press the start button twice right? if you do that,
you'll go into arcade mode... where you just play one round with a
normal car... to get the card, you need to put in one token, then
press the start button.... then you'll see 2 windows, one asking
you to put in more tokens, another asking you to press the start
button... DO NOT PRESS IT AGAIN... just put in the 2 tokens and
wait... if done correctly, a green window will appear... then you
can choose your car, your transmission mode and put your name
there...
