don’t get caught if you’re doing it

i think i got it...soo..copyright stuff..best is to stay off it right??...

ok here come a senario...

if someone go and record something from their local television station while airing( for example a local series in the states)..capturing the content on the tv onto the com..and uploading it...

NOW..that shouldn't have copyrights correct?..cos its aired on TV..and it was RIPed down by HOME VIEWERS...so if we look at it in another way..we are just watching what the TV STATIONS are showing us..since they are showing it to their pple in other countries?

Possessing pornographic materials is an offense under law. It is just that they don't bother catching you only. Unless you bring VCD to school to sell and make a scene and they can't ignore you right?

Don't be a fool. You don't decide whether it is copyright or not. The judge decides. And in civil cases, if you have more money and influence, you win.

Don't use logic to evaluate copyright issues. They aren't logical at all.

dragg SG

dont use logical to understand anything at all.

in singapore always see thing from the financial point of view.

money = right
no money = wrong

Parka SG

You people have no knowledge on copyright law at all. Good grief.

To sum the copyright law in one sentence: Making a copy of the material without permission for the copyright owner is an infringement.

That said, there's no difference from downloading and uploading.
There's no difference from downloading new or old copyrighted stuff.

Dead_Man_Inc SG

blame the papers when you get caught Laughing

Icemoon SG

Ya .. but there are grey areas .. like fair use .. lol
