sorry about the language, being 16, i have to be v careful about
any biasness whatsoever incase garmen come see see.
the catholic/christian difference lies mainly in the deviation of a
group of people that believes in the mother figure of mary. with
close resemblence to the pagan cybeles or the gnostistic Gaia, mary
projects an image of " if talking to jesus wont work, bribing
jesus's mom might work " hence the statues of mother mary. another
significant difference is how it deviated... the pope and several
heads of the roman churches began to er... "control" the population
of christians, many activities such as the belief of " giving cash
in excahnge of cleansing my sins. these acts contributed lots of $$
to the church and they created many wondrous works and artistic
paintings, architectural eye-candies so and so forth... it is
thesefore very interesting to know that the most amazing works of
the christian society were created during the most corupted
times...
then came martin luther.
not martin luther king, but the german protestant martin
luther.
The protestant carefully examined the bible and found many
contradictory words that conflict the teachings of the church at
that time. he proposed "BY FAITH ALONE" and from there went on with
his works such as the 95 thesis which openly challenged the chruch,
many opposed him but many joined with him, he sparked off the
religious revolution known as the martin luther reformation, till
today it is still widely recognised as the man who had returned the
true gospel.
well as for methodist,baptist,presbyterian and anglican churches
and differences, they are 99% the same, just that different pple
craeted different communities from different areas in europe, but
their teachings are very similar.

I could point out many misconceptions(inaccuracies) in what you
have posted. But, the point here is that Chit Chat is not the place
to do so. If we were to engage in debating about this here, it will
result in bible verses and theological arguments going back and
forth.
Finally, it will disintergrate into statements such as "you are
wrong","you've distorted salvation",etc.
Chit Chat, i believe is not the place for constructive debate on
theological differences. Eh or the Catholic forum is a better
place.
By what, you have posted it will create provoke negative responses
from people on either side of the fence. So, once again go to EH or
the Catholic forum.
