wats the diff between hi! & hello! prepaid card?

i thinking of getting a prepaid line...but wondering which singtel prepaid is better?

btw is there ani comments on starhub prepaid?

i think 'hello' is the singtel shop right?
the prepaid card is 'hiCard'?

singtel's prepaid card for mobile is called Hi! card.

hello! card is for calling overseas.....

erm question...

all prepaid cards from every network(singtel m1 etc) must pay money when recieving calls?

theres free incoming in prepaid too, M1 prepaid has got free incoming

but will deduct about 70 +- cents everyday for using

so hello! card can only b used to call overseas? can it b used to call local numbers?
