What I'm trying to get at is why the Capp is the best car? There
are actually more tracks that the Capp would suffer performance
drop.
There are altogether 8 areas, which gives 16 different tracks (up,
down, in and out) for dry. There are also 16 tracks for wet. And
there is also Akina Snow up and down. So there are 16 tracks the
Capp is good at and 18 tracks the Capp suffers.
If the score is based on dry, then it is not a fair score as it is
based only on dry tracks which gives the Capp an unfair count.
Unless Capp doesn't really suffer in Wet or Snow, does it?
