hi i wonder where do you get hair dying, im not refering to
those who bleach and whole thing blonde, i wanna get streaks of
gold color on my hair only, the rest still black. i wonder wat do u
call that, highlighting? or wat?
anyone roughly knows how much issit? i dun wanna do it myself will
do it in a salon
