Maybe you should advise your cousin to perform drag races in
NFSU2 instead of on our roads. I understand she might have been
pissed off by the guy's revving of the engine but still it is not a
valid reason for acting so irresponsibly.
Please be mindful that there are many other road users out there
who got killed or injured seriously in accidents due to such
irresponsible acts of other road users.
If such things happen, she might regret it for her whole life.
