The HR will calculate your average of your previous 6 months pay
and submit the claim form on your behalf. The MINDEF is always kay kiang and re-calculate it again. The
end result is most likely you will short fall from tens to hundreds
of dollars. Happens to me almost every year. First 2 years, I made
my appeals to my HR and MINDEF. And you know
what? Both sides claimed they were right. So, LL, I’m the one in
