when you do your card inspection, you'll get to rechoose your
option. you can thus change to option a, and they'll retune your
car all over again.... but, im not sure if it's gonna slow your car
down, cause i'm using a EVO IV. 
. but turbo or no turbo, to me it doesn't really make much
of a difference on a DC2. they are strong in their own aspects.
