First you should decide if you need the backside (i.e. boot). if
yes, only 2 selection left. Here civic definitely blow you budget
and so the choice is obvious -> lancer
If backside is not important, the next thing you should consider do
you want the car to remain as the newest model for a while. In term
of this, civic maybe the first one to be phased out and swift being
the least likelihood (it is only launched recently).
If this is still not important, ask yourself what type of style
(other factors are closely on par in term of resale value, power
and FC) you prefer since each and everyone of us will have
different taste for car and it is not possible for people to tell
you... you have to buy the car you have passion in...
