Belts - Thick or Thin?

Which do you prefer?

depends on what you are wearing... jeans or trouser
jeans tend to have a bigger belt loop than the trouser
so... you get what i mean?

Any recommendations for thicker belts? Preferably without too fancy buckles Smile
