i know of a boss who uses the “tortoise and hare” tactic to
motivate his staff. I’m sure everyone’s familar with that “Tortoise
and hare” story. During the meeting, the staff with the most sales
will get a rabbit figurine. The staff with the least sales will get
a tortoise figurine. It is meant to humilate the slow performer
infront of everybody. What motivation tactic is that? Just find it
really childish. Any of your boss does that to motivate you?
