I've got the game already and my Evo Vii now has 470k ! Laughing A few things that i don't like about this game is the Sound Effects of this game, the engine sound and the Skidding sounds very fake. The steering is very sensitive if you use the gamepad. And there's no level for this game and im not sure whether you can challenge another player or not. But overall, i think this game is good. I give it a 8/10.

seebei SHOIK! sorry i never be posting Razz been playing initial d...new maps cars players challenge etc....apart like what anson said the sounds and skidding sounds but talking abt against the computer AI and the new maps everything is COOL Razz and DC2 is not that Fast anymore...right now i using Rx7 Spirit & Trueno...

It is known that the ID GT-Force steering wheel is compatible with ID and GT3... Any other games may not be compatible...

The wheel can turn about ninety degrees to left and right. so far i try and work with idss, kaidou battle and auto modelista. havent got gt3 but suppose it would work…

thanks... i just bought the gt force for initial d... it turns like what u quoted. feels funny cos the arcade wheel turns more than 180 degrees Confused

finally completed the original story mode… finally got the chance to drive on the original tracks.

tried the game for the 1st time on my copyversion on PS2..

my observations from a first-time player of the game:

personally, i think it's overhyped... trying to be too many things... it's trying to be simulator but the physics is all wrong.. it's trying to be an arcade game but does not have the over-the-top stuff like in Crazy Taxi... it's trying to be like a movie with a plot, but no one knows what's going on coz it's in Japanese... it's trying to be "bad" with unsavory characters around... it's trying to win over the "wholesome crowd" with a lack of mayhem...

so it ends up being a very trying game...

i'd rather play Def Jam Vendetta or Gran Turismo

Hey bear u got a point there...the game may seem to "SuC*" for some ppl yes i agree that point cause if we dun have a interest its very hard to say its very good... I also personally think that GT serious game have been a very successful game and has win alot oof gamers heart cause the game is much more way more exciteing than Initial D...so if suddenly u changed to play Initial D it maybe will seem to be boring to u cause u play much exciting game that that...For some ppl they play arcade Initial D but as we all know $$$ has always been the problem so maybe the PS2 solved quite alot of problem so it is interesting and exciting for some hard core and so-so players... We cant change the interest of people and i really respect u playing those games which are better and challenging...

this is just what i feel...plz dun get it wrong...thanks Very Happy

a gamer is always open to new games... just that i didn't like this one...

like i didn't know what to expect with Def Jam Vendetta.. read about the gameplay, gave it a go and liked it a lot Smile

some games, although people gave it great rating, i didn't like... one was Resident Evil...

as for Initial 'D, i'll actually give the disc to someone who may appreciate it more...

any takers? remember.. it's a copyversion Smile

sharkapl... i've blown my allowance for the wheel... and there's no option to increase the amount that wheel can turn. it's kinda limited to 90 degrees either direction.

many of my friends also tell me that gran turismo is much better than initial d. i am gonna go buy it too then...

but initial d is interesting to me cos i am a fan of the manga and anime. anyway, the new tracks in special stage are really fun. try it.

idss is more for the fans of the anime, manga and the arcade stage. it is supposed to be a port of the arcade stage and lets the players drift like nobody business. but the gameplay is not 100% similiar to arcade stage, and the gt force is not as good as the arcade wheel. but its still a good game. fans of the arcade stage will surely enjoy the new additions like the 5 new tracks and new bgms. for me the time attack more than pay for the price of the game. my two cents ramble...

1 thing about this game that i don't like is the lag in braking and accelerating. When you press on either of these buttons, it will only take effect after less than 1 sec. It's kind of irritating when that happens.. but usually i down shift to take a turn, so no worries. Very Happy

you can try MM in tampines mall for a good price… other game shops got sell but price slightly more expensive…
