I was on my way from AMK to Yishun and was travelling along the
last CTE stretch towards SLE. I noticed something that made me and
my friend went "HUH???". On the right side of the slip road, there
was a blue directional board stating :
New Upper Changi Rd
Keep Right
I was a bit stunned when I saw that and thought I might be seeing
some worng words. To my surprise just up ahead, another sign but
this time in yellow with green background:
New Upper Changi Rd 
So can anyone shed some light to as how such sign can end up at
CTE?
