Hi folks,
Anyone driving either of the above? I've tested the CVT version,
and I'm torn between the two. Need some opinions on:
1) CVT feels a bit underpowered, although @ 106 bhp and 1.6l? is it
something to do with the CVT transmission technology, or issit the
car in general? The car feels like it "doesn't really wanna
move"?
2) personally, i prefer to drive MT. more control and feels more
like i'm driving a car. AT feels.....funny. Of cos in city driving
like Singapore, it makes more sense to drive an AT. Muscle cramps
in traffic jams swings the vote too.
3) is it true that, all things being equal (no beng modifications,
no excessive revving etc), an AT generally consumes more fuel than
a MT?
4) for resale value, will an AT car fetch a higher price than a MT
car, in general?
Any comments/feedback will be appreciated. Thanks!
