Its called the One-Inch-Punch. His theory is that if you crack a
whip, the power is transmitted like a wave to the end of the whip
which explodes with lethal energy.
You can find a video of his punch if you do a search. You can
literally see his transfer of energy from his feet to his legs to
his waist to his arm and into his fist. Its fantastic. Oh not
forgetting the neck which focuses all that energy. He's always
emphasising on the neck heh.
If Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan and Tony Jaa are the same age and pit
against each other, i'd still give Bruce Lee my vote of confidence.
If its just Jackie and Tony, its a tough decision, but i'd vote
