fyi, it's been there for 3 yrs already.
they go there coz' nobody passes by there and ppl only use it to go
frm citylink mall to esplanade. they felt it's okay to do it there
coz' they wont be much of a disturbance to the public. anw, they
felt it's best to make use of the place rather than to leave it
empty.
