maybe if it is just a quick piss and not big biz,i would agree
as they can come out quickly incase there is some handicapped
person who come into the toilet so making full use of
facilities.
But in the case of singaporeans,i would say not to give this leeway
at all cos once you start to do this,almost all will just take
advantage of it and take it for granted that you can use it for
whatever purposes whenever you need it.They will also extend this
to whatever kinda handicapped facilities like parkslots and
stuff.
The same can be said for parking slots of the same kind.Everyone
can also use it what,but using it make it inconvienient for these
people who may have trouble travelling that extra distance.
