I go to Headquarters. The atmosphere there is better. Anyway, to get to Park Lane, Dhoby Ghaut MRT is definitely nearer than Bugis. Just get out from the old North-South line exit, cross the road towards Plaza Singapura, but instead of turning right, turn left, then follow the footpath all the way, past YMCA and little further on you’ll find it.

Headquarters is located on the second floor I think, the same floor as the Odyssey. It's tucked away in a corner next to a coffeeshop. When I play there I concentrate on the game quite intensely so I don't really look around and see whether got chio bu or not, so I never notice. I remember the few times I went there the person at the counter was usually a guy. Only once there was a couple of rather average-looking girls. Anyway the light in there's rather dim so you can't really see very well.
