Good Service or Cheap Prices?

lighthand SG

Which would you prefer?

(Pls don't say both, everybody wants that Laughing )

Cheap Prices of course... with our economy now so bad, I don't mind bad service at all... if I can get things at a cheap prices, I'd get it in bulk and store it... later who knows the prices will go up again...

Good service only can be provided by those very expensive restaurants... CoffeeBean, StarBucks, SecretRecipe, Dome, Breeks, FishMarket, Nandos... hmmm... bad shape bad shape...

Cheap prices can sometime come at the cost of mental health Rolling Eyes

While high prices don't always come with good service either.....

i rather not be disturbed when i am browsing at stuff.

sometimes when i browsing, then the person come.."you need any help?".. den i kindly say no thanks.. den she look at me frm a distance.. den i touch something.. den she'll come.. "this is our latest collection.." den i'll go.. "oh okay.." den i'll not buy. Very Happy

i don't like to be disturbed when browsing!

shopping at mustafa is good. everything's there and the salesperson dont bug you at all. they only help when u ask for help.

renorenal SG

I used to tell them, I will look for myself, and when I need your help, I will call for you... but thanks a lot for your assistance...

Though it's a friendly manner to help people without asking, but I feel that in this scenario, our own privacy of wanting to select things is important than to have someone behind your back or by the side of you breathing down your neck and waiting for you to be confused with a selection and they start to verbal diarrhea...

precisely... like the other day.. i went to Tampines Mall Giordano.. as soon as i entered the shop.. a guy came up to me...

"hello.. my name is Johnson.. welcome to Giordano.. feel free to look around.. if you need any assistance, feel free to look for me..."

i was like Shocked Shocked

but instead of me looking for him if i needed assistance, he was bugging me saying this is the latest arrival bla3..

i didnt buy anything. instead, i went to Century Sq Giordano to buy a pair of berms. Laughing

some time we must also understand the service people as well. I mean if they offer help, we say they are too pushy. If they don’t we say they have no service sense. Hard to please we are. (so said the yoda of shopping).

renorenal SG

That just goes to show that humans are hard to please... Mr. Green

sinicker SG

yup.. but yah.. i'm the shopper who prefers not to be disturbed.. maybe i shud wear a cardboard poster over me "do not disturb" Surprised

lighthand SG

More like "What are you looking at?" sign for you rite? Laughing
