to answer your locked thread:
ice is actualli water, but due to the season (month branch) it
becomes too cold, hence what you might meant be referring to as
ice, instead of water.
all elements in a ba zi chart are relative to the day stem. one
element alone doesn't mean a thing until you see what is the day
stem.
