A person sits on the ledge looking down 25 stories down,
threatning to commit sucide.But warns police, the closer they come,
he will jump down.WTF?it is like if he wants to commit sucide in
the FIRST place then why must he wait for people to come? 
the other worse thing is when he accidently slips, he
yelps for helps like a girl
This people nuts one ar, threaten sucide but dont dare to do it.
