Well that is happening to a lot of companies nowadays rite?
Managerial position ppl are getting retrenched cuz they take too
much money and contribute too little. Practical boss look at sales
and cost statistics and wonder if he can get things done at even
cheaper price rate.
Usually a manager need hands to work for them rite? So for a piece
of work, it is manager $X + karkia $Y = $X + $Y where $Y <
$X
If a karkia can do the piece of work solely on it's own it is only
$Y
If a manager can do the piece of work solely on it's own it is only
$X
But between $X and $Y of which $Y < $X it is obvious to choose
who to stay assuming the piece of work can be done properly by both
person. I think a major factor is how much it take for a piece of
work to be done.
