dragg SG poor parents will be under more pressure. how does a dictionary during exams help students to improve their already lousy chinese?

Mr Fugue SG I’m just waiting for the day when they invent a robot to work for me while I sit at home, shake legs to receive the pay.
starblue SG i think when it comes to that, you will only be staying home and shake leg. cos robot will be working for the employers, instead of you working...
dakkon_blackblade SG Dictionaries are already being used in Chinese composition exams anyway, so the move to allow electronic ones is just a logical step forward. But I'm surprised though that the only approved model(s) come from Creative. I wonder whether they have looked at most of the alternatives in the market and concluded that Creative's is the best. But perhaps it's best not to over-rely on technology. What if your electronic dictionary run out of battery or suddenly malfunctioned for whatever reason during the exam? The paper dictionary at least won't let you down in that way.
renorenal SG It has gotten until this stage huh? Technology and more technology… well, personally I think us humans are getting more and more lazy as technology advances, especially to those who can afford it lar, of course… hmmm…
